Cara is truly a 5 star agent. Wed give her 20 stars if we could. My husband and I were very particular as to who we wanted to work with to sell our home. It had to be someone that didnt have an aEURoeI'm the agentaEUR? type of ego driven personality which we had come across in the past with other agents. We wanted an agent that had experience, was easy to talk with, was kind and understanding, and had follow through. When Cara said she was going to do something she did. We found Caras name while searching for agents and had read numerous 5 star reviews about her detailing her experience, kindness, ease to work etcaEUR|We decided that we wanted to meet with her ourselves. When Cara arrived at our home, she was all of the above. From the moment she introduced herself, she had such a kindness about her that made us feel like we were showing our home to a friend. Throughout our entire real estate process she was honest, kind and understanding, her experience as an agent made the entire process smooth. She was truly amazing and a pleasure to deal with. Looking for a real estate agent in Columbia TN? Cara Smith is the one!! After being listed with another company for 6 months with limited showings, we relisted with Cara and she went to WORK! There was no detail too big or too small for her to prep our home for relisting. The results were us going under contract in less than a week on market and then closing a week and a half later. We were not local anymore to the home we sold and she was boots on the ground with anything we needed during that time. She made a stressful situation incredibly easy and successful. Would recommend her 100x over!

Cara did a great job selling our house. We are so happy we chose Cara as our realtor to sell our house in Columbia, TN. We received an offer for the full asking price on the first day our home went on the market! We think this was mainly because Cara knew the local market, and how she helped us prepare our house to be shown. The pictures she put with the listing were outstanding. I also appreciated how Cara kept us up to date throughout the whole process. In my opinion Cara is the best!

Cara is the best realtor in the world!!! My mom found her on the internet and said how great and honest Cara sounded over the phone and that my husband and I should give her a call. We were set on finding a home in Columbia and we could tell from that first phone call that Cara knew her stuff about the area and different neighborhoods. She grew up in the area which was a huge comfort for us! Cara was so easy and fun to work with. She was efficient when showing us homes and we truly knew that she had our best interests in mind. She helped us craft the perfect offer on a multiple-offer home that we truly thought we wouldnt get, but we did thanks to her!! She is hilarious, kind, respectful, thoughtful, generous with her time, and so much more. My husband and I feel so blessed we had her as our realtor and we will definitely always use her and refer her to friends/family.
