Review I have worked with Cara for five years, researching properties and market conditions. I eventually listed my house for sale with her, in the midst of the very challenging 2025 market. Her staging and placement recommendations were first rate, and we sold the property for a fair price. All the time she was also working with me on my purchase of a new home in the area, and guided me away from potential properties that looked attractive at first glance but which would not have worked in the long run. She passed up the opportunity for a rapid commission in order to ensure that I would be happy in whatever I did choose to purchase. When I did place a contract for my new home, she worked seamlessly with the builder to make sure that the construction, inspection, and settlement processes went smoothly. Review Cara and her team were incredibly competent, professional and amazing to work with from our first conversation through closing (and after!). Cara is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and her years of experience really show. She made great recommendations about where to search, pricing, etc. down to specific neighborhoods and even streets. She was incredibly responsive and made herself available for calls, touring houses, etc. very quickly. When she took us to homes, she had so much knowledge about home maintenance, construction, values, etc. She had incredible attention to detail and was quick to point things out-- good and bad, so that we could really make an informed assessment. She really took the time to understand what we wanted, and she was incredibly honest in her assessment and we really felt like we could trust her. She had a great sense of the market and was able to provide great advice on how to put together a competitive offer, but she was also not at all pushy. Her priority was to get us a home we loved, not just to make a quick sale. With that said, once we found a home we loved, she sprung into action, negotiated and got the deal done. Review Our family was quickly growing. We bought this condo when we had no kids. In less than four years we had two kids. We knew we were outgrowing the space and the up and coming neighborhood quickly. We told Cara that we wanted to sell. She told us that November / December was not the best time to sell. We also suggested a sale price - she advised us it was high but that we could adjust in the future if needed. We had very little traction for two months, December and January despite many open houses. We discussed with Cara at the end of January about relaunching with a lower price. She advised on the new price and hosted open houses with champagne and pastries from the neighborhood bakery. Almost immediately we had an offer very close to our new asking price. When we had it under contract, buyer tried to retrade based on vague condo defects. Cara helped us push back with their broker and help us reach a good deal for us. We managed to close before the end of February which was very important to us. Thank you Cara.

Cara was thoughtful in her approach to figuring out what we were looking for, and was selective on the potential homes she brought to our attention. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, the house buying process, and provides great recommendations for all the people you need to be on the team that gets you thru to closing. She was always upbeat and responsive and provided great advice is guiding us (first time home buyers) through the experience and making sure we knew what to think about but letting us make our own decisions without any pressure. We cannot say enough good things about Cara and we would if there was more space.
