She lacks moral values and clearly doesn't follow a code of ethics in the work she does, F.C. Tucker should be ashamed that this is one of the realtors representing their company, I will not do business with them at all after this experience, specifically deleted every listing I had saved that had either of their names or representation present in the listing because I don't want another horrible experience and that is exactly what they have proven to be about!

We put it up for sale. She showed it and we got some low offers. I ask her each time is my house worth what were asking and she reassured me it was she told me to hang in there. I held out for the price I wanted. She sold my home for the asking price. Cara has the knowledge and the persistence to get the job done. She was professional and friendly. That house was my life I was overwhelmed with the thought of leaving but I put it all in her hands and she took care of all the details. I needed a professional and I got one. I'm thankful she was there to help me over that hurdle in my life.

Cara advised us on what needed to be done before, during and after the sale. She was in constant communication with us while my dad recuperated and while his kids were working on getting his house ready for sale. We honestly don't know how we would have made it through without her. Because of her advice Dad sold his house for full asking price just days after she put the sign in his yard. He still was recuperating in the nursing home and she arranged for all the paperwork to be done there. He now is enjoying a life of leisure in his new apartment. How many rooms, acres, price range and area I wanted to live in. I essentially gave her a softball and wanted her to fit it through a needle head. She was able to do this and I found the house I wanted quickly. Cara was willing to work around my work schedule meeting me at night and on weekends. She even got with me really early in the morning on my way to work to get paperwork from me. I really appreciated how flexible she was in working with me. She even helped me find my mortgage company. Now a year later I sometimes still contact her with questions about who to use in the area for services like getting my septic tank cleaned out.
