Cara knows the market and what buyers want and she will set you up for a successful sale. Cara was able to sell our home in 2 days after we previously had it on the market for 6 months with two other realtors and ended up renting it for a year. After suggesting a few changes and having the house staged she also suggested listing at a higher price. I admittedly was unsure, but I am so glad we listened to her. We received multiple asking price offers on day one and she was able to negotiate and get us over asking price!! Cara and her assistant Lauren were both very professional, responsive to any questions we had and always communicated with us in a timely manner throughout the entire process.
