Realtor Cara Fabian, this is the foundation in which her business was built. A Canton resident and long-time Realtor, Cara has an extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. In addition she stays current with changes in the industry that might affect the success of her client's transactions, and is a tremendous resource for what city and loan programs are available to buyers and sellers. Known for her attention to detail, patience, honesty and helpful nature, Cara also enjoys a reputation for her timely responses to address each client's needs and concerns. The result of her professionalism, expertise and service can be seen by the endless referrals from past and present clients. Time and again, former clients and colleagues rely on her for advice on refinancing, home values, vendor/service recommendations and more. Furthermore, she has been featured many times in The Baltimore Sun, as a local real estate expert. Prior to receiving her real estate license in 2003, Cara earned her degree in Mathematics from Edinboro University in Pennsylvania. Five years later, she earned the Graduate Realtor Institute designation and became an Associate Broker. In 2012, Cara became a mother for the first time. In addition to serving her real estate clients, in her spare time Cara enjoys exploring all that Baltimore has to offer with her family - from the museums to the Zoo to local parks.

Cara is such an excellent realtor and we had a great experience working with her. She is responsive, organized, and friendly and did a great job searching for homes in our criteria and guiding us through the home buying process (we are first time home owners). She went with us to tour at least 30 houses in a span of 3 months so her dedication and time she took to help us find a home is a testament to her great work ethic.
