About Cara Colletti
Hi, I'm Cara Colletti, and I'm passionate about helping people find a place to call home. With a background in hospitality and a deep commitment to creating the best client experience, I bring a people-first approach to real estate. Whether you're buying your first home, selling, or just exploring your options, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.
Originally from Collingswood, NJ-a charming suburb just outside Philadelphia-I've always appreciated the unique character and sense of community that makes a place feel like home. After earning my Bachelor of Fine Arts from West Virginia University in 2023, I decided to turn my long-time interest in real estate into a career. My 10 years in the hospitality industry have given me the skills to anticipate client needs, and ensure every detail is handled with care.
Now based in Morgantown, I love exploring all the natural beauty that West Virginia has to offer. When I'm not helping clients, you'll find me reading, drawing, or cheering on the Mountaineers at football games.
Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and I'd love to help make the process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable! Let's connect and start your real estate journey together
