Candyce and her team were phenomenal in helping us navigate through a difficult housing market and closing process. Candyce was recommended to us by a friend when we needed to move quickly due to a huge opportunity for our family. She went above and beyond our expectations by getting our house on the market as soon as possible over a holiday weekend, restaging our house to attract new buyers in a slowing market once wed move out, and planned multiple outreach events to bring potential buyers to our neighborhood. Her team was very well informed and kept us up to date on all delays in the closing process and continued to advocate our behalf every step of the way even after wed been out of the area. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling their house in the DC area. We will definitely be coming back to her when our life brings us back to the DC area.

I cant thank Emily enough for helping us find our dream home! Her extensive knowledge of real estate and the northern Virginia area helped us when we had no idea what we were doing. Emily and Gus were able to negotiate a 2 to 1 buy down for us, to help lower our interest rate during this crazy inflation period, which inevitably, was what closed the deal for us.
