ZillowVERIFIED Fiona was great to work with, and landed us a beautiful home well under appraisal price. We met her at an open house, and she realized our realtor was not serving us well. She stuck around after the event, to answer our questions, and helped us find what we were looking for. She was aggressive and tactful in negotiations, using her market knowledge to lock in a phenomenal price!

ZillowVERIFIED Candy is truly one of a kind, professional, kind, thorough and extremely strong. She is the #1 advocate for her clients whether it is a $80K house or $5M house. She treats every client like they are her only client at the time and negotiates for them as if it is her personal money. She works tirelessly, will show you every house and get you all the intel on it so you can make the most informed decision. In addition to her personal knowledge, she has a roledex of every good professional in the Columbia area and they all answer her first ring. She is also really a delight to be around, after working with her and her taking us to I believe 25 homes, she feels more like a friend than our realtor. If we ever sell this home, we will use her to sell as well. She provides great insight on what needs to be updated and what can remain to get top dollar for the property. I could go on and on, bottom line is if you are buying or selling, use Candy.

ZillowVERIFIED Candy assisted with selling our house in Columbia, SC. She met with us at our house and went over everything we should know and expect in putting our house on the market. She was incredibly thorough and made sure we had no questions unanswered. Candy was spot on with our home's price point, expected days on the market as well as suggested improvements before we listed. We were in the process of looking for a house in Virginia while selling our house in Columbia. What a stressful time! No one could have instilled more confidence in us regarding the selling process. Her 30+ years of real estate experience was INVALUABLE. Candy guided us, encouraged us and helped calm frazzled nerves from the stress of selling and out-of-state trips for buying. We knew we were in good hands. She stayed in touch and was always available for questions/concerns. We HIGHLY recommend her!!

ZillowVERIFIED Candy was amazing with my family and I from start to finish. We were in a time crunch as we relocated from New Jersey to South Carolina and she was able to deliver and know it out of the park. Candy remained level headed and kind even when frustration and urgency crept in on my part. She maintained professionalism and empathy and treated us as we were her own family. Candy is immensely knowledgeable of her profession and is super focused on being successful and providing whatever is being asked for in a home, neighborhood, schools and even more! Candy is driven, relatable, focused, sweet and understanding who is with you through each step of the way start to finish. I would refer (and have) Candy Limehouse a billion times with the guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Candy and Fiona were amazing in helping us sell our house and buy our dream home! Fiona originally was just helping us look at houses, but we decided we were ready to buy and sell at the same time. It was quite a stressful experience, but Fiona and Candy helped relieve stress when hiccups happened. Fiona made it a very personal experience, and she talked us through difficult decisions that always come up during home buying/selling. She was very knowledgeable of the area we were interested and helped us find a house that had everything we were looking for in our dream home. We also had the chaos of closing on both houses on the same day, and they handled it with ease making the day way less stressful. Candy and Fiona are both friendly and extremely professional and great at what they do. We highly recommend them and will use them again if we're ever selling again.

ZillowVERIFIED This review is long overdue, Candy is the greatest realtor hands down. She initially helped me find my home 6 years ago and she went above and beyond to make sure that everything I was looking in a house was met. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, she walked me through every step to ensure everything went smoothly. Fast forward to now, I had to move and sell my home due to work and she was the first person I called. She made the selling process as easy as possible, answered any questions we had instantly and streemelined our sale. In less than 2 weeks we had an offer all due to her suggestions and tips to getting our home ready for a sale. I would recommend Candy Limehouse to any person who is moving to the Columbia area. She will make sure that you are very well taken care of!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Fiona Champion, Candy's peer. Fiona was AWESOME! I cannot say enough about her personally and the entire team. I was able to put an offer on a townhouse without traveling down from Virginia. Fiona facetimed me during several walk throughs of homes. She is extremely professional and thorough. Every time she could point out both positives/cons that I needed to consider on each home. When it came to negotiations, Fiona knew the comps and areas. She was able to get me a great deal. Prior to closing, the practice scheduled all my inspections - HVAC, roof, general contracting, and termites. It was an easy process and Fiona was fun to work with every day. She was extremely organized and made everything very seamless. I want to highly recommend Candy Limehouse and Fiona Champion. They are a very experienced team and know Columbia, SC! It was so easy to work with them and I appreciate all the help and support they gave me. I could not have done this without them!!!

ZillowVERIFIED High praises for my Realtor, Candy Limehouse at Keller Williams Palmetto Realty. Having moved from out-of-state, I was unaware of many things in Columbia, South Carolina. However, after one day Candy was able to figure out my likes and dislikes such that she presented me with a property that we both agreed was perfect for me. Then she expertly guided me through the bidding and purchase process. She and her staff then provided referrals and contact information for all related matters, including insurance, utilities, repairs, DMV and more. It was truly a full-service experience. I highly recommend Candy to anyone seeking to buy a home in Columbia, South Carolina.

ZillowVERIFIED After a terrible experience with another realtor that pushed me into a house that I could not use, it was more than refreshing to meet a professional, in Candy Limehouse. Every form, step, and possible outcome was reviewed. She was beyond what I hoped for, she was understanding of my situation yet realistic to outcome. I highly recommend Candy to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home In the Columbia area. As a follow up on the above post. I have returned to Columbia and found a property. I called Candy with a couple questions and ended up using her to help with the purchase of that property. She was great! As expected. She has referred repair persons to help with updating where needed. She is professional and personable in every area.

ZillowVERIFIED Candy and her team did an excellent job (buyside) helping me find a great home and negotiating through a longer-than-expected transaction process, which ran into some unforeseen delays and hurdles outside of our control. ZillowVERIFIED I was in search of a house in a specific area of West Columbia and immediately got in contact with the best realtors I have ever had. This is the 4th home I have bought and I have to say it was the best experience as I felt like I had a family member guiding me through the process. The house is older, which I love, but I knew it would need some maintenance to make it perfect for me. Let me just say, I have never had a realtor go that extra mile and line up the people I needed for me for all the issues I wanted addressed. I'm a disabled veteran and some tasks overwhelm me but having this team work with me has made me feel grateful and happy. I highly recommend the team of Fiona, Candy, and Rita if you are looking to buy or sell a home.
