ZillowVERIFIEDCandy is the BOMB! We were looking at a super cheap place that most realtors wouldn't have much to gain from selling. Some didn't even follow up with us after finding out what we were looking at! But Candy was just as excited for us to get it as we were. Very communicative and fast to respond. To say she worked her butt off would be an understatement! It was a very long process due to issues encountered along the way that had nothing to do with her, but she stuck with us, working fast and hard to make sure if we still wanted it, we would get it. She is knowledgeable and utilizes electronic documentation so that we didn't have to meet every other day to sign something, and everything could be done in a matter of moments. I will be using her for any of my future real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have been working with Candy Hoover the past three years. She was our realtor in the purchase of our Lake James Home, the sale of our Deer Run home and a vacant lot on Black Squirrel. She is great to work with as we live in the Detroit area and she is always a phone call or email away. We will be selling our Lake James home in the spring and we will be contacting Candy because we know she always puts in 110% to get the job done.

ZillowVERIFIED She was not familiar with the site that we visited. The home was soon to go to auction which she told us about. We made an offer and it was countered. The deadline to accept the counter offer was the same afternoon or it would continue on to auction. We were not given the deadline date or time to accept and therefore our offer went in the next morning and it was too late. We then went through the pre-bid auction process and lost out. That was a hot mess process with no communication of it's own. This purchase was ours to have before the auction process if we had only known to accept by the deadline!!
