I first met Candy Shamsie in 2006 when I needed a residence and she was the realtor for an apartment listed in a condominium complex. She provided me some options for mortgage assistance at that time. In 2008 when I was interested in purchasing a larger unit in the same complex, Candy help me with the paperwork necessary to submit an offer to the executor of the estate for this unit which was accepted. After the sale was closed, I retained Candy to help me sell the smaller unit. She suggested some improvements to make it more marketable. Simultaneously, I was given a job assignment out of town which was to last about 6 months during which time Candy would find a buyer for the one bedroom unit. When the job assignment was extended indefinitely and no potential buyers expressed an interest in the one bedroom unit Candy helped me sell the three bedroom unit to help me reduce the expenses of owning 2 units. Eventually, through her persistence, she found a buyer of the one bedroom unit as well. When my assignment was completed, I contacted Candy when I decided to return to the area in 2014. She showed me several houses and was able to provide me resources to contact to obtain estimates for repairs that I felt were required before I made an offer. When I finally found the house that I wanted to purchase, Candy gave me the confidence to buy it even though the eventual selling price was somewhat more than I had budgeted. I will continue to contact her for any future real estate needs I may have in the future.

Candy helped us buy our very first home! From start to finish Candy was awesome. She has a vast knowledge of real estate and lending and was great at translating all of this into terms we could understand.
