ZillowVERIFIED If there is one thing that you take away from my review it should without question be that working with Candice Pagliarulo will be the single greatest decision that you will make. Regrettably, my wife and I did not start our house hunting journey with Candice. We initially chose a realtor that cold called us one day. After several failed offers and continually having the feeling that our interests werent aligned, we decided to part ways with that other realtor and it the best thing we could have done. I called Candice and told her what had happened with the other realtor. Within the first 5 minutes of our phone conversation, I knew things were going to be much different. Candice was empathetic and kind while listening to what had been going on with our previous house search. She asked thorough questions to get a feel for what we were looking for and offered some valuable insights about the markets we were looking to make a purchase in. Then she threw a curveball my way. Through her professional contacts, she knew of a property that had not yet hit the market and had a lot of what we were looking for. Within a half an hour, she was at the property and face-timed me (I was at work) and gave me a virtual tour. We made arrangements to meet at the property that evening when my wife and I got home from work. Candice offered valuable insights into some updates that highlighted the propertys potential and would also increase the propertys value. We had an offer in that night, and the P & S was signed shortly after. So to recap, called Candice in the morning, had a virtual tour of a property within a half hour of the initial phone call, had a tour of the property that evening, had an offer in an hour later, had a signed P & S by 10 PM. Candice is a miracle worker! After that whirlwind of an exciting day, Candice continued to exceed our expectations. She periodically checked in with my wife and me to see how we were doing. She made sure that everything was all set for the closing. The whole time she helped keep the process fun and exciting. I sing her praises anytime someone mentions that they are in the market to buy or sell a home. I would not hesitate to work with her again in the future; in fact, I look forward to it.
