She placed a large For Sale sign on our lawn with info sheets on our home. We made place available every time she had a client or received a request from other agents. After each showing she called and discussed what they thought of our home. Within 6 weeks we had cash offer and immediately moved to Missouri. We have gotten older an one of our sons and daughter-in-law found us a nice place to rent in town of Stockton, Missouri. Its a small country town and everyone is very friendly. ZillowVERIFIED Candice was very thorough in her inspection of the house, laying out details of what correlated with its value and laying out a concrete plan for negotiation as well as the viability of the home mortgage for me on a monthly basis. She went out of her way to show me a wide range of homes (both by type and price points) as well as any that I was interested in from my own research. It was comforting to feel catered to in that sense as opposed to push in any particular direction. I selected the house I liked the most, but that did not stop her from fighting for improvements that she deemed necessary to include: twice power seeding my back yard, several repairs inside the house (windows, fencing, etc) and ensured that as such everything was compliant with VA loan qualifications for purchase and financing. Whether I sell this home in the future or decide to buy another, Candice will continue to be my agent of choice..

My husband and I decided we needed help looking for a house and we decided on using Candice based on reviews from other clients. Not only was she knowledgable about the area but she never once seemed annoyed or upset with the amount of houses she showed us. ( and she showed us A LOT). ZillowVERIFIED Our sale started out fairly normal, but about 2/3rds of the way through - just after we had found a buyer - a whole bunch of issues popped up that could have had a major negative impact on the proceedings. She helped us take each issue on one at a time and step by step laying out options to proceed on each. Ultimately we worked through all of the issues and managed to get the house sold slightly faster than was initially anticipated. She's a real winner and when we decide to buy a house again later, she'll be who we look up.
