Thanks to their expertise, negotiation skills, and people skills, they helped us with not one, but two offers, both of which were accepted by the seller. (We opted not to proceed with the first one after the inspection report.) They knew how to structure the offers so that we would win over competing bids (while also not overpaying). They suggested the market value of the unit I was selling was much higher than others I interviewed and they delivered on quickly finding a buyer at that higher price. Their understanding of what was needed to quickly get my home on the market and sold so my purchase could proceed was superb. They staged my home with my own belongings in a way that made me feel simultaneously at home and like professional decorators had taken over to make everything pop. On the buying side of the transaction both Candice and Colleen were present whenever possible. I never had to worry my schedule would be too difficult to work around. They helped me successfully negotiate a purchase at under asking price with several contingencies in spite of the extremely hot market.
