ZillowVERIFIEDCandace sent me an agent who had never sold a house before so whatever stars Candace has gotten it wont make a difference if she sends you an inexperienced agent to sell your home. This is what you can expect from an agent of hers;1. They will try to sell your house at the absolute highest price they can without a professional appraisal which sounds grand except your home will go stale and you wont end up getting a good price for it.2. Your agent will come 20 minutes late to showings even when the potential buyers are often 20 minutes early. 3. They change the price on your house without notifying you/me. My homes price was dropped $50,000 without my permission. I had to find out on Zillow of this. At that point I did not even know what price they would be setting for my house on a daily basis.4. Communication is terrible. I have been in several business deals in my life and this is by far the most unprofessional. I would've been paying 30k for this? The only possible sale I had was done by myself and potential buyer.5. Know that Candace could care less if you point out these mistakes and will still keep you bound for the remainder of the contract with them and you will not be able to sell the home until that time period expires. It is obvious that they deliberately keep you hostage even though you have valid reasons not to continue with themI attempted to clear this up without making these comments, but it didnt work so I am left with no other avenue. I will not sell my house with them however long this contract lasts and I am writing this so you dont make the same mistakes.

She followed through with all the details, stayed int contact with me, readily without pause answered my plethora of questions and remained cheerful and helpful throughout the entire process. I really do not think the situation could have been handled any better. If I had it to do again, Candace would be my ONLY realtor.
