ZillowVERIFIED Candace is nothing short of amazing. Amazing doesnt even begin to cover it, honestly. She has been instrumental in getting my husband and I the house we wanted, while also helping us sell our current house that were starting to outgrow. She is personable, up beat, and excellent at communicating! She is quick to reply and is always a joy to talk to. We have had a few hiccups with our mortgage company and she has been insanely understanding and helped us navigate those waters as well, while still maintaining professional and courteous to the company who was less than that to her or us. We honestly cant say enough wonderful things about her, shes truly a gem. She would text us any information she had about houses before we looked at them so we could go in with that knowledge and she was also helpful at pointing things out while looking at houses, as well. Shes got a good eye and a kind heart.

She was extremely attentive to our wants and needs when it came to any questions with the home at anytime of the day, offered to go above and beyond with negotiations and whatever needed to get done with the home and seller, and someone who had our best interest. ZillowVERIFIED As a former resident of Pekin living in Arkansas, my husband died so I wanted to come back home to Pekin. After speaking with Candace on the phone I gave her a list of 5 or 6 places I wanted to look at. Since I was on my own for the first time I really depended on her to lead me and give me help with my buying decision. The first house she showed me needed some TLC and after looking at 2 more, I knew the first one was my forever home. The negotiation process went so smoothly and the next day the seller accepted my offer. Candace was so knowledgeable and helpful. All my questions and concerns were answered and addressed quickly. She kept in touch with me after I returned to Arkansas. She has great customer service skills and a wonderful personality.
