Candace was our agent during the purchase of our home in Southwood. We couldnt be happier! Shes very knowledgeable, listens to your concerns, and responds VERY quickly to calls/ emails. She was able to find us our perfect home and get us moved in fast! After meeting her, we knew if people like this lived in Southwood, we definitely wanted to be part of this community. Thank you for making the buying & selling process such a breeze!

Candace learned our requirements and didnt waste our time looking at lousy property. Her knowledge of local practice made me feel comfortable in buying our condo. She is the greatest.

Awesome agent. My family recently moved to Tallahassee with a tight deadline to find a new house. Candace helped us find the ideal home and relentlessly negotiated on our behalf to secure the best deal. Our transition to a foreign town and entirely new life was seamless, thanks in large part to her hard work and professionalism. She even continued to help long after the sale.
