Does not know how to speak decently to clients, stated smart remarks and the remarks were definitely unbecoming and unappreciated. I would never want to do business with you again! I did not appreciate the lack of respect that I received from you. The entire experience was terrible! Learn how to properly communicate and act accordingly in business. Unfriendly gestures. Terrible, Terrible experience!!! I sincerely hope other clients are not going through the rudeness you have exhibited to us.

We went and looked at the place during inspection and her and Mark of Pillar to Post inspection company found everything that could use attention. And George of Farenheit HVAC found that my unit for the place was way overdue for replacement. Candace negotiated with the seller and got me a brand new HVAC unit at a small amount over asking cost. Her connections are solid and she will make sure youre taken care of in whatever it is you need to buy a home smoothly. She had an awesome photographer take pictures that helped my house receive 2 offers in less than 2 days and go under contract in less than 2 days for more than I asked. She also helped me find a new home and we looked everywhere... wanting to stay in Wilson County, we spent most of our time looking there, but she took us to Maury County and Sumner county and was knowledgeable of those areas also. She pointed out small things in each house that would work for my family. Although there were several homes that we liked, she worked with us until we found the perfect home.
