About Candace Dufrene

We have lived across North Ga since 1997. My husband and I moved to Cartersville in 2016. When all of the children, wives and granddaughter, are home it is a party of 11. I started my real estate career in 2004 in New Construction home sales. In 2013 I made the decision to sell homes on the "resale" side instead of new construction. In 13 years I am convinced I have talked people out of buying more homes than I have sold. I love helping make peoples goals of home ownership and creating wealth come true.

When we decided to sell our home, I wanted to get someone I didnt know to help us price our home. I went online and went through the companys and just happened to select Candace. She answered her cell on the first call. We talked for a few minutes and gather some information. She came over a couple days later when we got back into town and we priced our home. She told us that she might have someone interested that she had already been working with. She brought them to see our home that same night. They loved it and was ready to make an offer. The rest was history. We closed on June 2nd. Candace was very professional and was very friendly and Thorough. She became a great friend very quickly. My wife and I believe that the Lord lead us to Candace to sell our home and to a wonderful family that we know will love the home. We highly recommend Candace. She will take care of you and make sure all parties are treated fairly. A win/win.

Candace was really helpful when it came to scheduling all the showings and helping me understand all the pros and cons of a particular house so I could make a well informed decision and get a house I'd be happy in.
