ZillowVERIFIED Candace is the Best! She is a great communicator and has a great work ethic. For us, she was able to sell a house & lot successfully for us long distance. We live in another state. Her competency, professionalism, and oversight resulted in a stress free experience and the smoothest experience ever.

ZillowVERIFIED Candace Conner helped us to find a home to buy. Then, as we were well along in the process, we learned that there were title problems that made the home unmarketable. Candace then located a different home for us that we did buy. Throughout the process, Candace was very professional and helpful.

ZillowVERIFIED Candace is very respectful and full of knowledge about her job as a realtor. She goes above and beyond to help you in every way she can.My sale was a short sale and I had never heard of it. When I called Candace she knew exactly what needed to be done. I for one was getting frustrated with the whole thing but Candace assured me everything was gonna be fine. If anyone needs a house/land sold Candace is the one.

ZillowVERIFIED Candace was able to provide immediate feedback on rentals, properties for sale, as well as homes for sale. She was very quick to contact us after we left a message. We are still working with Candace in trying to find property or a home in a specific location. My husband and I highly recommend Candace, not only because of her expertise and professionalism, but also because of her friendliness.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I recently decided to purchase a home closer to town. We had a few demands within the home we wanted. Candace Conner allowed us to tour homes that only met our wants within reason. She was polite and really took the time to find us a homes that fit our needs and wants. She took the time to explain all the legal aspects within buying a home. When it came time to close, Candace was there for us. We are now selling a home, and Candace is handling this for us as well. Candace did it again, My wife and I sold a house with Candace's help. The home was unique by all aspects. Finding comps was difficult, due to property and location. Candace worked diligently even through slow times. Her persistence paid off and we had a great experience. Thank you Candace.
