ZillowVERIFIED Exceptional experience!! After almost 30 years in my home, it was time to sell and I could not have asked for a better realtor. Camille's responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge of the market made me feel confident I was in good hands. My home sold quickly and over asking. I would highly recommend Camille to anyone. ZillowVERIFIED Camille Simms was in it for the long haul with us as buyers. We considered many styles of home and Camille worked tirelessly to meet our changing needs and desires. She continuously answered a wide variety of questions about topics that were unfamiliar to us with professionalism and credibility in a timely manner. We were always able to reach her if we had follow up concerns after visiting a home and she was integral in helping us understand various price points within a neighborhood. There is no way we could have come to this successful outcome (buying our dream home) without Camille's tireless patience and persistence in making this transaction happen. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home both on the waterfront or in any of the nearby communities.

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say - so much went wrong with the house, not the sale but the house itself. Post home inspection everything that could go wrong did inclusive of a broken sprinkler system but, Camille was always so calm in dealing with the crazy client that I quickly became! I checked off good for advertising because I don't know what other options there may have been but it was shown frequently so I can't see that anything else could have been done. Either way, I'd send her to the Golden Gate Bridge to talk folks off the ledge - I think she could even do that!

ZillowVERIFIED I was randomly assigned to Camille Simms through Zillow and am so grateful for that! I worked with her to buy my first home and had a wonderful experience. She was incredibly helpful--from the search process to closing. Before we even met in person, Camille went above and beyond to constantly send me listings and answer my long list of questions. She continued to be helpful after our offer was accepted. She helped guide us through the process and had excellent, timely communication the entire time. I highly recommend working with Camille!

Selling our home, she gave us great tips to make it look great and appeal to everyone. She suggested a reasonable listing price and we had multiple offers within days!! While looking for a new home, she was patient and understood what we were looking for. When we ran into issues at walk through, she was the voice of reason during what could have been a very stressful time and helped us along through the process. ZillowVERIFIED Camille was our listing broker for a secondary property we owned 80 miles away from our primary residence. Camille's professionalism and service is second to none in the industry. Her attention to every detail in todays complexities of real estate transactions gave us truly, a worry free experience. Camille's leadership and guidance through the transaction was transparent and unbiased. This was our eighth real estate transaction so we have dealt with many realtors over the course of our lifetime and Camille was, by far, the very best. Camille should give classes on how to execute successful real estate transactions that keep buyers and sellers happily engaged in the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Camille was the listing agent for the sale of my home. She also helped us with the purchase of our current home. Camille was extremely attentive to my needs and went above and beyond in selling my home. She ensured that everything was properly advertised. She hired an amazing photographer to take the pictures of my house for my listing and they came out beautiful. My home was listed a little above the local comps and Camille got my house sole in 13 hours for the asking price. I loved the experience of working with Camille. Whenever I'm ready to sell my current home, I will call her again.

ZillowVERIFIED From listing to negotiating the sale of our home, Camille provided us with current market information and guidance. She knows her market and presented the facts in a friendly manner unlike other realtors we interviewed. Selling a home can be emotional enough...we didn't need a realtor who added stress. Camille is a true professional, dedicated to her clients, while serving up a laugh or two. We highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED After looking through a bunch of listings online, I saw Camilles contact info and gave her a call about an interesting property on Zillow. And boy am I glad I did! It was late that night and she picked up the phone right away. Camille met us the next day at that property, which turned out to not be right, but by the next day she had already found many that were a great fit. It wasnt long before we found the PERFECT house! Camille also helped us to find great insurance, a detailed home inspector, and she stayed with us right through closing. Camille is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I call her the captain of my aEURoeAaEUR? Real Estate Team, and also now, a trusted friend. Ive referred two of my friends to Camille, and they love working with her too. Do yourself a favor and give her a call--youll be extremely happy you did!
