ZillowVERIFIEDCamilla Rosenberg.... She's the BEST in her field. She will go out of her way to find you a property that will suit your needs. She listens! Her interpersonal communication and expertise in Charleston Real Estate is top notch! Do you know why? Because she lived in all areas of Charleston and knows all the answers you need to keep you at ease, and if she doesn't have the answer, she will find it and take the time to help. We are from New Jersey and came to learn a little about Charleston through our daughter's relocation. After visiting a few times, we knew we wanted to invest in a nice property in downtown Charleston. Camilla listened.... to our likes and dislikes. She is so on target and worked with us until we found our perfect property. If you are looking for someone to find a home for purchase or rental, reach out to Camilla. You will not only find an experienced realtor you will find a friendship.
ZillowVERIFIEDCamilla helped us find the perfect lot to work with a builder and build our forever home. Camilla stayed in touch consistently with us and the builder, making sure that our new home met our expectations. This was during the pandemic and the build had its challenges, however she always stayed on top of everyones needs and we closed and moved into our beautiful home. We would highly recommend Camilla to any home buyer in SC.
ZillowVERIFIEDCamilla was very helpful during the entire process. She was always available when the house needed to be shown if I had a question and was very professional . throughout. I would definitely recommend her. nothing was too much trouble, and the negotiations on sale went very smoothly
ZillowVERIFIEDChoosing Camilla will be the best decision youll ever make. We moved from Texas to Charleston a year ago. We flew in for one day to look at house and she made herself completely available. When we could be here to look at houses she would drive to them and we would FaceTime through the house. Camilla is honest, hardworking and the only real estate agent I will ever work with in Charleston. She and her lovely family have become good friends also. Last Christmas she invited us to her house for a wonderful celebration. Do yourself a favor, take the pain out of buying a house. Call Camilla. You wont regret it.
ZillowVERIFIEDCamilla was a terrific agent and made or purchase go quite smoothly. Will definitely use her again when we look to move. From finding several homes that fit our needs, to the offer and insurrection, all through closing. Great agent.
ZillowVERIFIEDCamilla was patient with me, which is exactly what I needed as a first-time home owner. I now live in perfect house, in the perfect town, in the perfect neighborhood....but we certainly looked everywhere in the Charleston area to find it.
ZillowVERIFIEDCamilla was always there for us throughout, and even after, the homebuying process. She was always quick to respond and helped make our first home-buying experience a success!!! She always made time for us and patiently answered all our questions. Thanks Camilla, we love our new home!
