She was very understanding and genuinely apologetic that it didn't work out when some other realtors would have became irritated that they "wasted their time" or missed out on their commission. Months later we reached out to buy another home and she was ecstatic that she could help us again. Fortunately this home worked out and became ours. Through the entire process she was professional, honest, and refreshingly direct. Every time we texted her to ask questions it was typically only minutes before getting answers. She has a wealth of knowledge from her own experience as a realtor and when she didn't have an answer it was easy to tell her professional network was vast and she could get answers quickly from someone who had them. Without dragging on this review, Camilla gets sh*t done and after buying 1 1/2 homes with her, we will always go back as long as she's in business.

She counseled us through the decision making and after that she monitored daily the closing process. She is efficient, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local real estate market. Her insights into the selling process - what needs to be done, AND what does not need to be done - are spot on. She recently sold a rental property for us, and had us list it at a price point we felt was high, however we had a full price cash offer within 24 hours! She stays with the buyer/seller throughout the entire process as well.
