ZillowVERIFIED Camill Tedrick was amazing to work with. As a first time home buyer, she was eager to help me and answered any questions I had. She was quick to respond, even at hours I didnt expect her to answer. Camill had great negotiation skills and really helped guide me through what was in my best interest. Not only that, but Camill is super funny and laid back which made the process of buying my first home very comfortable. I would highly recommend Camill to anyone looking to buy a home

ZillowVERIFIED Camill is great to work with during the selling process. She was very knowledgeable and had my house pending in a few days of listing my house for sale. She made everything easy and explained things along the way. I will be using her again for my next purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Camille is professional, polite, responsive and very knowledgeable of central Illinois. She provided references for inspectors who were also reliable. We will use her services again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Camill has handled a lot of real estate transactions for us both as a seller and as a buyer. She has always been very professional. Most recently she helped us to purchase a home we were interested in. She was very responsive to our needs and helped us to move quickly with viewing and an offer, thus helping us to secure the contract. In the past she has also helped with the sale of multi-family units and was fantastic with all the ins and outs of that process. We highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED By far the best agent I have ever worked with. Camill is not only dedicated to helping her clients sell their home, but loves finding you that new home to call your own. Her knowledge is extensive and she will bend over backwards to make sure her clients are treated right. I would highly recommend her to all of my family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Being first time home buyers we really didn't know what we were getting into. Camill didn't act like a "used car sales man" hoping you'd look over the flaws of a home instead she pointed them out to us making sure we understood what we were looking at. Walking into this experience I was sure I was going to get someone that would make me feel pressured into buying something. And that was not at all the case. She was always available by phone, text or email. We were also countering back and forth with the sellers why Camill was on vacation! We would ask to see a house and she would get us in the next day! She was wonderful and I would recommend her to anyone and use her again!

ZillowVERIFIED She went above and beyond to help us in our house hunting endeavour. She was available to us almost 24/7. As a first time home buyer I was not certain of the process and she made it very easy and clear. I would recommend her to everyone I know that needs professional advice. It has been great knowing that Camill is advocating for my family and I.

ZillowVERIFIED Camill was my realtor when I moved to the area. She was my realtor as we were looking to move into a newer home. She helped us look at many properties. When we put an offer in on a property and the deal was a foreclosure that turned into a bidding war, she gave great advice and never pushed us to buy something we were not comfortable with. When we finally sold our house and moved somewhere else we found our own buyer and she was willing to represent us at a set price. She always did what was right for us as our realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Camill was wonderful! We've worked with her in the past and adore her! She answered questions, worked around our scheduleds, gave great staging advice and even held our babies at showings so we could have a look around. We've recommended her to friends, and will continue to do so.
