In the past I worked in customer service for 10 years so I am very well-seasoned in customer satisfaction and problem-solving in a professional manner. During this time, I also completed a bachelor's degree at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a master's degree at Kaplan university; both in finance/financial planning.

After all, my extensive level of education helped me develop a very keen eye for numbers so I am a negotiating Queen; always ensuring my clients get the best prices. I understand investments and I strive to educate my clients on that if they like to see their money work for them.
