ZillowVERIFIEDCameron provides exceptional attention to detail and is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He helped me buy and sell my home in the least stressful way possible. Any situation that arose, Cameron took care of immediately. If I ever move back to the Manhattan area I would absolutely 100% work with him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Cameron helped us find our home in Manhattan this spring. I could not have had a better experience! He was super helpful in getting all of our questions answered and we never felt pressure to buy or overspend. Cameron knows EVERYTHING about the Manhattan market and really gave us great advice. We loved how easy it was to communicate with him and how responsive he was to our needs. Our family is so happy in our home and we can't recommend a better agent than Cameron Ward!

ZillowVERIFIED Cameron was slow to respond and would forget to return my phone calls. His knowledge about the local market was adequate but when it came to some of the questions I had asked him, he did not seem too knowledgable. Overall, my experience was not the greatest and I would make sure to shop around for a realtor that is going to meet your expectations.

ZillowVERIFIED Cameron is a great guy and fantastic realtor! As a first time home owner we had tons of questions and concerns and he really helped us out. (what to look for in older homes, values, etc.) He was very patient, honest and really knows his stuff! He was very prompt in returning emails, text and calls making him very easy to contact! Cameron would accommodate to our schedules making it much easier to see homes with an infant. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone! We will be contacting him for our next home, in the years to come!

ZillowVERIFIED Cameron was recommended to us by a friend who had used him. We had set up several interviews with various agents to interview them but, Cameron was the first to meet with us. He came over the next day fully prepared with assessments of like properties to guide us on pricing. It was impressive that he came so prepared knowing the market very and informed us on how he planned to market our home. After that meeting we knew he was the realtor for the job and we didn't need to mess with meeting any other realtors. Within 24 hour of our initial meeting he had taken professional photos and started posting the listings to social media. The process was very smooth! He was prompt, efficient and an excellent communicator. Cameron was knowledgeable, energetic and service orientated. He was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly during every stage of the process. I wouldn't use anyone other than Cameron - he is simply the BEST!

ZillowVERIFIED Cameron helped me find the perfect home. He let me see about a million different places to see what I liked and didn't like, and he did it with a smile on his face. When I finally found the place I loved, he really helped walk me through the process of buying my first home. He explained everything clearly and was always very quick to get back to me. He answered all of my questions and was very respectful. He made me very comfortable with the process and I feel very confident in my choice. I really appreciated all of his hard work.

ZillowVERIFIED Cam was very professional and helpful when helping my husband and I purchase our first home. He let us fill him in on what our ideal home looked like and the items that were a must have and a like to have, then he narrowed the search and helped us start looking at homes right away. We were also set-up with his client connect site to view all the properties that were available in the area, even if you can't find them through a general search. He was also very flexible with his hours and very responsive to our questions. Our process was very quick! We made an offer at the very end of January and closed on the house by March. Cam is very laid back, he is great at offering advice, but also letting you figure some things out for yourself instead of just telling you what to do. It was a good experience and I'd recommend him, especially to younger couples and individuals.

ZillowVERIFIED Cameron is helpful and very knowledgable. My husband and I just signed on our first house, without Cameron's guidance we would have been lost. He is very friendly and approachable. In my opinion, a wonderful asset to the community and as an agent. Not that I want to move again any time soon, but we will keep Cameron as our Realistate agent for the future.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with numerous other realtors before, buying and renting, and never had an experience as easy as with Cameron. He was extremely knowledgable and frank, quick to point out anything he noticed which we might not have, whether good or bad. He wasn't interested in selling us a house, but in selling us the RIGHT house, and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Cameron also went out of his way to help with issues that arose during closing, and showed us areas of interest around town as we drove between houses, making sure we were welcomed to the town. I definitely recommend Cameron Ward for any realty business you have in Manhattan.

ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't recommend a better agent than Cameron! He definitely knows the Manhattan area and will find exactly what you want. He has all of the qualities that make him an excellent real estate agent. I always felt that he was 100% committed to his job and us. You can definitely tell he loves what he is doing! We had several last minute problems with our bank and thanks to Cameron's perseverance and excellent communication skills we were able to make our closing date. He went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure that we were in our place on time. I was also initially concerned being from out of town that we may have difficulties, but he always kept us updated and it was never an issue. I guarantee you won't find a better agent in Manhattan!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I wouldn't have been able to purchase the house we desperately wanted without Cameron. We were very impressed with the way he didn't put pressure on us to buy too quickly or to look at houses outside our price range. When we did find the house we really wanted (which was in high demand) it almost slipped through our fingers because it was being sold "for sale by owner" by the current resident. Because of Cameron's negotiating skills and desire to fight for us we ended up getting the house we wanted. Cameron went above and beyond his normal responsibilities to serve us and make sure that we were taken care of. His knowledge of the Manhattan housing market and of the buying/selling process was really impressive. When we go to sell our home someday I will not hesitate to call Cameron. I wouldn't want to buy or sell a home without him. My wife and I highly recommend him.
