ZillowVERIFIED We listed our home and purchased our home through Cameron. He was everything you could ask for in a real estate agent. When looking for our new home we looked at several houses and he provided great insight and allowed us to make the informed decision. My wife was about to pull the trigger on a home she liked and Cameron voiced some concerns which saved us from a bad deal. His intuition regarding shoddy "improvements" were validated when we found out much of the work was completed personally by the seller. When we found THE house, we were able to get our offer accepted under list price, which is no small feat, in this incredibly competitive market. On the sale of our house we got multiple competitive offers within 48 hours. The coaching we received when selling our home was invaluable and allowed us to sell our house for much greater than we anticipated. We were non-contingent and did not have to make double mortgage payments because our prior house closed by the time our first mortgage payment was due. I can't speak highly enough of Cameron's expertise. He was available and allowed us to jump on listings in this fast moving market.
