ZillowVERIFIED Cameron helped us realize our dream of living near the beach. We wanted to sell our home and find a property near the beach. We had a lot of trouble trying to sell our home the first time and had given up on looking to move. Cameron contacted me and promised he would not only find me a great buyer within a reasonable time, but that he would find me my dream condo as well. He kept his promise. My house received good offers within a couple of weeks of being on the market and on the 4th week, we were under contract. In 2 weeks after that, he found us just the place we were looking for. Cameron put a lot of effort and patience into marketing and showing our house. He is professional, friendly, courteous and attentive. Always answered the phone or my texts in a timely manner. Always made me feel I was a priority. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism and going the extra mile to ensure I was getting a great deal. Making the 2 closings happen on the same day was not easy, but Cameron made it happen. ZillowVERIFIED If you desire a patient liaison to drive you around from apt to apt or from home to home and to as many spots you choose, then Cameron is your guy. He is personable but not pushy, knowledgeable but offers no opinion that you don't ask for. He doesn't try to sell you, he merely guides you. When asked a question he does not know the answer to, he follows thru to get you that answer. When I went to contract to purchase a condo in the Ft Lauderdale area, that's when Cameron really proved his worthiness with immediate assistance and response to all my concerns. And I had plenty of concerns and made plenty of calls to him. Cameron answered the phone and resolved issues almost immediately. I was pleasantly surprised. He's a good man and a good broker to have.

We had put our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the market for over 10 months with another agent and had no action and no offers in a matter of just a few weeks Cameron got us a buyer with almost full asking price. If ever we do business in Florida again would always use Cameron Roth.
