ZillowVERIFIED Cameron represented my wife and me in the sale of our investment property in Union City, NJ. I cannot recommend him too highly. We live in California, and so he took on a lot of additional responsibilities, being our local man on the spot. It turned out to be a difficult sale as a result of some issues with the condition of the property. When the original buyer withdrew, Cameron never gave up, he found us a new buyer, and successfully closed the sale.

As first time home buyers, he continuously kept us abreast on the process and gave advice when asked. He never pushed us to buy a certain home and always provided us with many options to look at. Additionally, we were very close to losing out on a deal during the attorney review period because both our attorney and the sellers attorney were not seeing eye-to-eye. Cameron made it a point to reach out to the sellers agent to clear up the matter and ultimately get the sellers to agree to our negotiation terms.
