ZillowVERIFIEDCalvin was very helpful during our home search in Lancaster, PA. We were out of state, but he made the process smooth and informative. His insights about the city and neighborhoods were spot-on, and the video tours he arranged gave us a real feel for each property. He even connected us with trusted professionals for inspections and closing. We can't thank Calvin enough and highly recommend his services to anyone in Lancaster.

ZillowVERIFIED Cal Yoder aided us in numerous ways for buying our first home! He responded immediately to our texts/emails and phone calls every time! We had a lot of questions about the process and Cal answered them thoroughly in a way we were able to understand (and we never felt like our questions weren't reasonable). We also noticed that the house Cal thought was a perfect fit for us was the least expensive out of 15 or so homes, so it was clear that his main focus was not to have us buy a house on the upper end of our price range. In addition, his team was great to work with as well! We would highly recommend Cal for anyone who needs a patient, reliable, responsive, nonjudgemental realtor. With Cal's help we ended up finding the perfect home for our family and we wish the same for you!

ZillowVERIFIED We appreciated the Cal Yoder team of Cal Yoder, Tyler Yoder and Matt Weaver with the purchase of our home and sale of the prior residence. Cal gave us excellent guidance as we remodeled our house to be put on the market. He gave us solid advice due to his years of experience. Matt was helpful in finding our perfect first floor living home. He was helpful with all of the details and with settlement. Tyler was great with all the documents, details of closing the sale and settlement of former house. We highly recommend the Cal Yoder team!

ZillowVERIFIED Cal helped us find the perfect home as first-time buyers in a white-hot market where homes are under contract less than 48 hours after being listed. We had no idea what we were getting into, and Cal patiently answered all of our newbie questions with the guidance we needed to succeed.Cal and his team were extremely responsive and helpful at every step of the process, and they went above and beyond to make sure we understood exactly what was happening at all times. Each interaction with Cal was a great learning experience, and we are so thankful to have been enriched both mentally and by finding the perfect home.

ZillowVERIFIED Cal and his team went above and beyond to find my family a home. We were moving from out of town to Lancaster county, so we didn't know much about the location. Cal helped introduce us to each town, learning about different school districts, communtity living, and even when fun events happen in that town! We felt fully confident making our final decision on out home and we could be happier! Thanks cal and team!!!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Cal and his team to find our new home. Cal and his team were very patient with our search since we were doing our search from across the country. And through out the search process they kept us informed about all of the details of our search. Once we decided on a home they took care of all the details and paper work that we needed to complete prior to our closing date. Due to Cal and his team's diligent work we were able to close on our new home on time and without any issues.I would highly recommend Cal and his team to anyone who wants a professional and highly qualified real estate agent to help them find their new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Cal helped me buy my house 7 years ago and then sell it very quickly recently. The house was on the market less than a week. He assisted with pricing the house appropriately and provided advice to stage the house for showings. He and his team were very responsive to my questions and they made scheduling showings very easy. The negotiation process was very well managed and I felt heard when voicing my concerns. The transaction was very smooth and I will definitely use Cal again.

ZillowVERIFIED Cal was referred to me through Dave Ramsey's list of endorsed local providers. He was able to point me in the right direction to have the need for flood insurance removed from the property. This raised the value of the house and allowed it to be sold quicker than I expected. The whole team was very professional and responded to emails and phone calls in a timely fashion. Will use Cal for any future real estate needs and would recommend to anyone.

They took us step by step through each part of buying our new home, keeping things as simple as possible on our end. They were able to respond to any questions or concerns we had very rapidly and did a fantastic job of interconnecting all the separate establishments associated with the closing of our home. ZillowVERIFIED Few real estate agents that I know care as much as Cal Yoder does about his clients. He worked with us to resolve some difficult issues during the home inspection phase. When work on the home was needed, Cal had just the right contractors in mind to recommend thereby speeding up the required repairs. Overall, it is easy to recommend Cal to our friends in the Lancaster area.BDH

ZillowVERIFIED We had a wonderful experience working with Cal. He is kind, listens well, gives good counsel, knows the market, and goes the extra mile. He even made personal phone calls to neighbors in an effort to connect with potential buyers. After renting our house 1.5 years because we could not sell it when we moved, we were ready to sell, but also wanted a fair price. He helped us find the right price point and it was under contract within 6 weeks. We highly recommend him!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I worked with Cal and his team for about 9 months to find us the right house, and the whole time, we could not have asked for a better agent to work with. Cal's patience, professionalism, and knowledge of the market set him apart from other realtors. He was extremely positive during the entire process, and adjusted his home search criteria based on anything that we needed and that we were specifically looking for. Cal also has a large amount of knowledge when it comes to home construction. We were amazed at some of the details of each home that he would point out, that probably wouldn't have been seen otherwise. When we finally did find a home to purchase, the paperwork put together by Cal and his team was accurate, thorough, and finished very, very quickly. Overall, we truly could not have asked for a better real-estate agent to help us find our new home in Pennsylvania.

ZillowVERIFIED Cal was very professional. He was very helpful in finding us many homes to tour until we found the one that was right for our family. He had a good reputation and rapport with other realtors as well. He also knew a lot about older homes, pointing out things about the heating/cooling, electric and windows that we would not have known.

ZillowVERIFIED Calvin was invaluable to me as a realtor. He was able to provide a broad market and sold my mothers house when it seemed improbable. I am not close to the house so it was essential to have assistance with managing the process of selling. From the day I met him to the day he deposited the proceeds, I knew I had chosen the right realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Cal was recommended to us by friends and we are pleased that we found him. Since we were moving from out of state much of the work of looking for a house was done long distance. We found him to be very available and responsive when we needed him. Complicating his job even more was the fact that we needed a very specific type of house to meet our needs. He understood that and was able to help us evaluate the suitability of each house we looked at. Cal had all the details in order before hand so that our settlement went through without a single glitch. Throughout the whole process Cal was very professional and helpful. Thank you Cal for a job well done.

ZillowVERIFIED Cal Yoder was fantastic! His integrity is beyond reproach. You can trust his instincts and his advice. He is great to work with. We also bought a home through him and his negotiation skills helped immensely. We could hardly believe all the activity once we put our home on the market to sell. Some days we had several showings and we had a solid offer just three days after it listed! Cal, however, told us another offer was being prepared and advised us to ask for an extension on the first, which we did. We accepted the second offer and our home was sold just five days after it was listed! We couldn't have asked for a smoother process and Cal was great from start to finish. He is a wonderful listener and very easy to work with. He may not appear as aggressive as other agents or brokers, but don't let that fool you. He is amazing.
