Cal Yoder aided us in numerous ways for buying our first home! He responded immediately to our texts/emails and phone calls every time! We had a lot of questions about the process and Cal answered them thoroughly in a way we were able to understand (and we never felt like our questions weren't reasonable). We also noticed that the house Cal thought was a perfect fit for us was the least expensive out of 15 or so homes, so it was clear that his main focus was not to have us buy a house on the upper end of our price range. In addition, his team was great to work with as well! We would highly recommend Cal for anyone who needs a patient, reliable, responsive, nonjudgemental realtor.
