Even though we live in the same community, I didn't meet Callie Norris Ruffus until I started thinking about purchasing a new home. Callie just happened to be the agent that the call center from "Estately" called. We selected Callie Ruffus because she was extremely organized. Not over the top, but Callie definitely had an advertising plan for our Kennesaw home. The plan included working with Zillow, the local MLS, and she worked the MLS outside of Atlanta and the State of Georgia. We put the house on the market at the worst possible time (October), but that did not deter Callie. Callie lived in the area which made her an excellent choice for understanding Legacy Park and its HOA, which we considered excellent. She responded to us regularly; made recommendations about the home; and, we always knew what she was doing for us. She represented us well. She overcame a couple of obstacles and successfully negotiated with our buyer.
