I requested a tour for a home that caught my attention and Callie reached out to me within a matter of minutes and scheduled time with me that day to go see the home. Her promptness and eagerness to assist me would be the backbone, of our business relationship going forward. TLDR; Callie is a broker and owns her real estate company. She helped me sell and purchase a new home in Meridian, ID. The fact that she is a broker and it's her business really helps expedites processes. I needed to sell and purchase a home within 30 days. I believe we did both in ~16 days. She is incredibly responsive via text, email or phone. Night or day, Monday-Sunday she made herself available. Her real estate experience was incredibly helpful, for somebody like me that does not have a lot of experience selling or purchasing real estate. Her network of vendors, from tradesman, inspectors, stager's, photographers, title made selling and purchasing a new home very smooth. In the end, I'm lucky she found me. Had I been stuck with the average run-of-the-mill real estate agent, I'm not sure we could have pulled this off. Thanks Callie!

Callie Kelly of Marathon Realty was the most knowledgeable, caring, and helpful realtor that I could have had to help me find my new home in Idaho. From the beginning, she was interested in what kind of home I wanted to purchase, within my budget and not just aEURoetrying to close the deal.aEUR? On the contrary, when I was running into difficulties with a new home that was being built, she told me you do not have to stay with these people, we can find something else that you like. She became someone that I trusted to really find the best home for me. She was centered on my needs not her commission. Her associate and husband, Matt, could not have been nicer and more informative, answering all my questions with each home we visited. One thing that really sets Callie apart from other realtors, is that she was aEURoein my corneraEUR? when I found myself in a difficult contractual issue. Another realtor was trying to cheat me out of my earnest money on one of the homes that I tried to purchase by falsely telling me that my time had expired to back out of the purchase. My purchase was contingent on the sale of my home and the buyer of my home backed out of the sale. I had Callie write an addendum to extend the escrow close date. I was given the false impression from the listing agent that the extension was agreed upon. I would not be able to provide the funds for the original escrow close date and was told I would lose my earnest money by the listing agent. Callie functioned as though it was her money that was being lost. She read the contract herself assured me that I was still in the period to get my earnest money back and walk away from the home. Wanting to be certain, Callie even paid with her own money to have a contract lawyer review my contract. Because of this, I was able to legally cancel the contract and receive my earnest money back. Four homes later, I am finally living in a home that is exactly right for me. Throughout the home buying process, Callie was so patient with me. If you are looking for a new home Callie should be your choice. She and her team are glistening gems in the real estate business.

Review We have a fantastic realtor "back home." I really wasn't looking forward to having to find someone new when we were moving into a new area. We had friends who recommended using their realtors, but we ended up wanting to see a home at the last minute and didn't realize clicking a time to view a property on Zillow would end up connecting you with a realtor. Callie called, and offered to drop everything to show us some listings then and there. We were visiting from out of town, so our time was limited. Within less than an hour, Callie met us and had a number of properties for us to see that were even what we were looking for. She answered all of our questions about neighborhoods, the area in general, even what builders were good and which to avoid. When we showed up, without warning, a week later, she again was able to show us property, and even took us back to some that we had already seen. She advised us well about putting in an offer, and already knew the listing agent and how best to work with him. When our other home fell out of escrow, she even helped us navigate keeping this home in escrow. She arranged to meet our Home Inspector (she actually scheduled the inspection, upon our request) and took care of the final walkthrough for us. Finally, when I called her in a panic because my car was being dropped off before we could get here due to timing with the shipping company, she came to make sure my car had been delivered safely, was parked safely and finally came back to tuck it into the garage when everything was done. As a buyer from out of state, I really appreciated Callie being constantly available and always on the spot to answer any questions that I had. I do not hesitate to recommend Callie to anyone looking to either buy or sell real estate. Our fantastic realtor "back home" also agrees that his interactions with Callie were very professional and he had no complaints working with or coordinating with her, either.
