We are just a couple of girls that were tired of paying the expensive broker fees that lead to us having to charge our clients more money for our services. So we got started right way working toward building and opening our own brokerage. Now we focus on keeping our overhead down, working smarter and developing ways we can help our clients through the home selling process while allowing them to keep a lot more money in their own pocket. Cali started out her real estate career as a team member of a big mega agent. While she considers this a very valuable experience and feels she learned a lot about the business by beginning this way she knew pretty early on that the "telemarketer approach" to real estate was not for her long term. Something gets lost along the way when the transaction is purely money based rather that relationship based. She decided there just has to be a better way of doing business than to have so much overhead and out of pocket expenses that every client gets charged 6% plus some regardless of whether they received every service available or not. Just because everybody is doing it that way doesn't mean it is the right way or the only way! Cali feels deep connection and need, to truly help her clients and take care of them through the transaction.
