Caleb was fantastic! I needed help selling my parent's house and Caleb was great at helping me do that. He quickly got it listed and within 24 hours of being "live" we had an offer - it was perfect. Caleb was 5 star. We had a pretty difficult and specific case when buying our home, and he handled everything with ease. I never had to call and ask what was going on, because before I ever had a question he answered it! He was extremely knowledgeable about the area, all of the closing papers and title company information and over all made the process as simple as it could be.
