Real Estate Career

I've been selling real estate since 2010. I've always been in sales and previously worked for IBM(11 years) and as an institutional stock broker for RBC Wealth Management(22 years). I always wanted to sell real estate, so I turned my passion into reality. But, what you should be asking yourself is this: "Why should I use Cal Ernst to assist me in buying or selling real estate"? I think my past clients would tell you that I work harder than anyone they know. There will rarely be a time that I will not answer your phone call or respond to your text or email in short order. I am one of the first people in the office every morning and almost always the last one to leave. My negotiating skills were honed as an institutional broker arguing with traders on the floor of the exchange over 1/4 of a cent. I never let a deal drop on my end!
