We did get an offer but it fell through due to some unusual requests with the offer and the buyers were trying to use the inspection report to make more unusual requests. Once we signed with Caitlyn, I could tell that we were a priority to her. She had great knowledge of the market and the Fargo area. She helped us set a competitive price for our house and make it clear that she sells houses for their value and there are not a lot of crazy negotiations. We have a lot more traffic and open houses every other week. Our house sold quickly and within our asking price! The customer service we received was above and beyond!

We lived in a two bedroom apartment and were ready to make the leap into homeownership! Caitlyn was up front and honest with us, she literally held our hand the whole way through everything (sorry Caitlyn). After looking at about 100 homes on countless evenings, weekends and nights we ended up finding the perfect home. The home had already had offers, maybe not as good as ours, but the sellers loved Caitlyn and she was ultimately the one who sealed the deal for us on our first home (the market was crazy). I would recommend her to anyone I know if you want to sell or purchase your home and want the experience to exceed your expectations. ZillowVERIFIED Caitlyn received our file after an emergency changed our realtor. We also had what seemed like a very difficult case to us. We were on a very short timeline to sell. We also did not know how fast the market moves in Fargo. Caitlyn was encouraging, professional and every efficient in getting home views, offers, counter offers, inspections and repairs understood and completed. The home was up for sale officially at 11am on a Thursday, viewing started at 1pm the same day. On Friday we had an offer and on Sat. the house was sold. When an inspector made life difficult for the buyer, Caitlyn was able to negotiate with all parties and everything was complete by the next inspection.
