ZillowVERIFIEDCaitlin did a phenomenal job guiding us through our real estate transaction. From day one, she was proactive, extremely knowledgeable, and honest about what to expect at every step. Whenever questions arose, she answered promptly and handled negotiations and logistics with complete professionalism. She takes the guesswork out of the process and delivers results. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Caitlin again or recommend her to friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Caitlin is one of the most attentive realtors Ive worked with. Ive sold two properties with her, and both experiences were super smooth. She recently worked with us to sell my house in Chevy Chase in the Fontaine area, and there was a lot of coordination to get it done. She was the difference in smoothing out all the logistics. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home!

ZillowVERIFIED Caitlin is top notch at what she does. I cant recommend her enough as she navigated the whole process of selling our house. The market was not what it was when we bought and sold our last house so I am very glad we decided to use her because if we did not then our house would have sat on the market much longer. She thrives in situations where things can get difficult and doesnt just sit if there is no traction. We ended up staging certain areas of our house that may have looked a little outdated previously and sold it shortly after. Make sure to choose a realtor that will be proactive and that knows their market. Caitlin is outstanding in every way.

ZillowVERIFIED Caitlin did a wonderful job helping us with the sale and purchase of our homes! Caitlin is professional but personable, and listened to our desires while offering her professional knowledge and opinion. Thanks to Caitlin, we were able to sell our house for over asking price and get our new home (among multiple offers) in our most-desired neighborhood. Caitlin even showed up to help us move boxes out of our house and onto the moving truck, and she took a load of donations for us! She was invested and fighting for us every step of the way!

ZillowVERIFIED Caitlin was absolutely amazing to work with from start to finish in selling our home. She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive, making the entire process so much less stressful than we expected. Caitlin took the time to explain every step, offered great advice on preparing our home for the market, and used her expertise to help us price it competitively. Her marketing skills and attention to detail were top-notch, and we had multiple showings almost immediately. What stood out most was how much she truly cared about us and our goals. She went above and beyond to advocate for us during negotiations and ensured every detail was handled smoothly. We couldnt have asked for a better experience and would recommend Caitlin to anyone looking to sell their home!

ZillowVERIFIED Caitlin was awesome in helping us find a house. I definitely recommend 10/10. She showed knowledge of the area and of the homes we were reviewing. She answered, responded to calls and text promptly. She advised when a request to view home did not meet our criteria and she was able find any information regarding the property updates or improvement needs. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and resourceful.

ZillowVERIFIED We had the absolute pleasure getting to work with Caitlin during our recent move to Lexington for my residency at UK, and I cannot recommend her enough. We reached out to her somewhat on a whim, unsure if wed even be able to buy a home given our tight schedule. However, from the moment we connected, Caitlin exceeded every expectation and made us feel like our dream of owning a home and doing so within just a few months was completely reasonable. She immediately impressed us with her knowledge of the Lexington area and all the surrounding neighborhoods. She asked thoughtful questions and quickly developed a clear sense of what we were looking for in a home. Her ability to QUICKLY understand our wants/needs and to translate that into real-life options was amazing. She even helped us when we weren't fully sure what we wanted! Thanks to her, we found our home within just 3-4 weeks of working with her aEUR" something we honestly didnt think was even possible. She navigated the entire process with professionalism and calmness, and we were able to close just a month later! Caitlin made what could have been a very stressful time feel smooth, manageable, and even exciting. If youre looking for someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping you find the right home, Caitlin is the realtor you want in your corner. She is, without question, the reason our move to Lexington was such a success!

ZillowVERIFIED Caitlin did an outstanding job assisting us in selling our second home. Even though we were almost 800 miles away, we felt at ease with Caitlin managing all the details. She knows the local market very well. She knew contractors who were readily available and even managed the minor repairs prior to listing. She optimized the listing timing and price resulting in a fast sale with many offers.

ZillowVERIFIED Caitlin did a fantastic job in selling out home. Before we were even ready to list she came by and went though what needed to be done before we were ready to sell and helped us in finding contractors to complete the required work. Afterwards she maintained constant availability and communication on how the process was going along with expectations from viewings. Highly recommended

ZillowVERIFIED I had already heard wonderful things about Caitlin as a realtor before working with her, but she exceeded all of my expectations. Caitlin was professional but also warm, patient, kind, tenacious, and extremely effective. She quickly zeroed in on exactly what type of home I was looking for, found the perfect home for me, and helped me navigate the complexities of the homebuying process with ease. As a busy professional, single mother, and first-time homeowner, it was important to me to work with a realtor who was personable, patient and trustworthy, and Caitlin was all of these things and more. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Wonderful! Caitlin is the realtor you've always wanted to work with-knowledgeable, timely, resourceful, and driven to get the job done. Others told us we were in a losing situation, but she was able to pinpoint the problems, had the resources to get those fixed and put our home on the market with multiple full-price offers the first weekend. She's a game changer, and I definitely recommend her services.

ZillowVERIFIED Caitlin was responsive, professional, and incredibly motivated in helping us find our home. She went above and beyond helping with things that, in my opinion, go outside the scope of what we typically think of as a "realtor." You will be well taken care of working with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Having Caitlin as our realtor was without a doubt the best decision we made when we decided to tackle the headache of not only the purchase of a new home, but the sale of two others as well. Her expert guidance carried us through what ended up being a long process, but we ultimately found and purchased an amazing home and received multiple, competitive offers on the sale of our previous homes. Moving is always a stressful event, but having Caitlin with us, always a phone call or text away, made everything that much easier and I couldn't imagine having done this without her.

ZillowVERIFIED Caitlin is an absolute gem to work with. Through every step of the process of selling our home, she was there to answer the smallest questions to the largest and most audacious ones as she walked us through every step of selling our home. This process requires a realtor who is an expert in so many areas and Caitlin always was quickly able to answer our questions on a variety of things always staying calm in the process and giving us very realistic and honest answers. If you're looking for someone who will always be in your corner during what can be simultaneously stressful AND exciting, Caitlin is your girl!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Caitlin was a great experience! We moved to Versailles from Lexington and she is very knowledgeable of the market in both areas. It was a huge help having her on our side as we worked through negotiations on the purchasing side. She was always available to answer our questions and to offer her advice and perspective. She was just as great during the sale of our home! We felt that her suggestions on staging, the photos that were taken and the listing itself really helped to maximize the final sale price. Caitlin was very transparent, very helpful every step of the way and made the home buying and selling experience way less stressful for us. Caitlin is awesome to work with and we'll definitely be reaching out to her when/if we decide to move again, if not sooner!

ZillowVERIFIED Some people are truly gifted at what they do, and Caitlin is a prime example of that. She took amazing care of us, not only to sell our home, but to also help us purchase our dream farm. She was patient with us as we spent months to find the perfect property. She communicated with us very regularly, often several times a day when things were happening. And when things weren't happening, she was making calls to find out why we were stalled. Both of our deals had some substantial hiccups, and she helped us navigate them successfully to close on time and with numbers that we feel great about. Having worked with inexperienced or lazy realtors in the past, I know what a huge difference it makes to have Caitlin's experience and drive on your side. I truly believe we would not have landed our dream farm if it weren't for her. You absolutely want her on your team.

ZillowVERIFIED An Outstanding Realtor, Caitlin Mittle listened to the wish list my wife and I provided. She then provided guidance to help us navigate a challenging real estate market reducing our stress throughout the process. Although, I doubted we would find a home in the area we wanted to live in with a home that met our desires within our budget, she met as well as exceeded both of these goals! Caitlin Mittles people skills are genuine as we could tell she cared about us and our familys future plans! We would not hesitate to recommend her to our friends as well as utilize her services for any future real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time buyer, she made sure to start the conversation off with a thorough explanation of the process and cost before even asking about what I wanted.A This was very important since gave me a better idea of what to expect and also describe how competitive the local market is.A She listened to what I was wanting and let me know that some of my wants would be a stretch but possible if we moved to put an offer down.

All interaction and communication was very prompt and concise, and she offered extremely wise advice to help us make decisions during the stressful portion of negotiations. She took the time to answer all of our questions, and even provided answers to questions we just didn't even know to ask. Caitlin is an outstanding agent and it was a pleasure to work with her through this process. In this market, just finding a home is a challenge, and submitting an offer and having it accepted is difficult and stressful. Without Caitlin's expertise and guidance, this would not have happened. I have bought several homes over the years and have worked with different realtors - Caitlin definitely ranks at the top of my list. I would recommend her services without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. A wonderful experience overall!
