Caitlin was so awesome! She was personable yet very professional. She definitely felt like our partner in finding a house. We had selected many houses to tour and none were right, and then while we were touring one day she magically brought up one house to go tour that we hadn't seen online. We right away went to the house, got there after an open house, and ended up moving in soon after. She has good connections, she's very flexible, and I'm forever grateful to her for making the process easy (especially as a first time home buyer) and finding us our perfect home. She negotiated for us, advocated for us, and made the whole experience perfectly pleasant, as buying your home should be. We would definitely call her next time we need a realtor, and would recommend her to any of our friends or family.

Caitlin did a wonderful job finding just the right home for me and my family. She negotiated through some very difficult selling agents and ultimately found the perfect place. She was also quite knowledgeable with finding contractors to take care of issues that arose even after the sale. Her communication was consistent and timely. She even came out to show homes that I had already seen to me and my sister to get my sister's opinion. She put me in contact with insurance and lending agents. I recommend her without reservation.

Caitlin helped us sell our home in Hampton and also worked with us to find a condo. She did a great job of helping us get the house ready to sell, establishing a good asking price (which we got), and fully supported us through the closing. We decided to get the condo through a family member and she worked with us at every stage of that process, too. Caitlin is obviously a competent professional, but what sets her apart is the energy and enthusiasm she brings to the job.
