Caitlin did a wonderful job finding just the right home for me and my family. She negotiated through some very difficult selling agents and ultimately found the perfect place. She was also quite knowledgeable with finding contractors to take care of issues that arose even after the sale. Her communication was consistent and timely. She even came out to show homes that I had already seen to me and my sister to get my sister's opinion. She put me in contact with insurance and lending agents. I recommend her without reservation.

Caitlin helped us sell our home in Hampton and also worked with us to find a condo. She did a great job of helping us get the house ready to sell, establishing a good asking price (which we got), and fully supported us through the closing. We decided to get the condo through a family member and she worked with us at every stage of that process, too.
