ZillowVERIFIEDMr. Ford was very attentive to all my phone calls at all times I had questions pertaining to my home. His negotiation skills were lacking due to a third party involved. I as the seller was never truly aware of price changes on the property( which changed three times in three weeks). I also lost money due to the lack of communication with Mr. Ford and the probate attorney handling my late fathers Estate. Towards the end of the process I could not trust Mr. Fords loyalty or his judgement. I would not recommend Mr Ford for selling your home . However , I would recommend him if you need a great restaurant to dine at .

Building the home was a stressful experience, however knowing Byron was with us every step of the way made things a thousand times easier. I would personally recommend Byron to anyone and most importantly; family and friends. He really is a realtor for life personally for us. Byron stays in touch and we even send him Christmas cards. ZillowVERIFIED There is no way anyone could have taken better care of us than Byron did. From the moment I told him we were ready to house hunt to even after closing, Byron was ALWAYS available. We texted daily and I never waited for a reply. Everyone told us how horrible the home buying process would be but it just wasn't true for us and I think we owe it all to Byron and his team. Every question was answered, he graciously dealt with our pickiness and uncertainties, and he was honest and fair with us and other realtors we made inquiries with. I know he is incredibly busy, but he treated us as a priority. I highly recommend Byron R. Ford, Jr. to anyone and everyone buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED This was the worst experience I've ever had with a realtor. From the beginning it was difficult dealing with Byron; I never felt he was working for me. His communications were horrendous and difficult to follow, and he was generally very slow to respond. Minimal, if any. guidance during the transaction. It was as if he just wanted us to agree to everything so he could get the deal done. And because of it all, it grew very antagonistic with the seller's realtor. Just a complete disaster. Definitely use someone else!

ZillowVERIFIED Byron helped us very much during a financially challenging time;Byron got our house sold during a very difficult financial time for our family. With my wife out of work, we were struggling with two mortgages and needed to sell our condo as soon as possible. At first, we had this property listed with a different agency. For over 6 months there was very little activity on it and very few updates from the real estate agent. We felt like we were not being told the truth. Luckily, someone we knew recommended Byron. So we gave him a call. The very next day we were able to meet with him in person. Byron was direct, friendly and assured us that he would get our condo sold. We both left him feeling a renewed comfort that things were going to work out and he was going to get the job done. My wife especially liked that he was very nice, very clear and we could tell he was honest. In a very short amount of time, Byron called us to let us know we would be signing a purchase and sales agreement. We cannot thank Mr. Ford enough for what he was able to do for us. We would strongly recommend him, without reservation, and look forward to dealing with him again, should the need arise. Byron is truthful and tells you how it is and how to do it if you want to reach your expected results. Most realtors will blow smoke up your butt to make you happy. No smoke with Byron. And trust me I was not an easy client , I would send him multiple text messages of houses I liked and he would get me in there within a days time . And if he couldn't it was only due to the seller or mortgage broker they were using. He also gave me great advice on certain things I should stay away from in homes we saw. He wasn't just about selling a house quickly .It was about finding the best house for me and my family to grow in . I would recommend him to anyone who needs an agent who will be on their side to look out for their best interst. Never once did I feel pressured or that I was bothering him in any way with my multiple questions and text messages daily !
