He also helped us find a mortgagor who was familiar with the areas special needs and was able to fund a loan on amazingly short timelines. Hes also gone the extra mile to help us find local vendors for make-ready and remodeling work since we are not from the area. I would highly recommend Byron Lohman as a real estate agent in Palm Springs Area. Palm Springs, especially at this time, with COVID and a very hot market, was a daunting undertaking. Byron knows the Palm Springs market. We spent several hours with him looking at condos, getting educating about the area, what could we afford, etc. From there, we would call him from San Francisco and he would give us information about the property and if it would fit our requirements. On one occasion, he did a walkthrough of a property on Zoom so we would not have to travel 8 hours to look at it. That was great time saver. He is very responsive, honest, and upfront in his assessment of a property knowing our needs. Additionally, the finance process was challenging too. Byron was right there, helping us thru the entire ordeal until it was completed successfully. I would definitely recommend him.
