I have known Bryon for many years now, it is his absolute knowledge of houses, housing market, and his down right honesty that has made me come back to Lanmark every time. My wife and I could rely on his knowledge of how a house was constructed and his honest assessment of a house if it was what we were looking for. We could go to a house and he would be able to tell us what type of material was used to construct the walls, floors, etc... and then reliably tell us what to expect from the house. He also had a command of the housing market, giving us a good idea of what we should purchase a house for and what we should've sold our house for as well.Another thing is his dedication. We were so impressed with Byron who made this transaction a breeze. When we had a question, he responded. We closed from another city so that added another layer of difficulty but he got us through that efficiently and before we knew it we closed, right on time, and funds were wired to the appropriate accounts. Asking price was $154,000.00, sales price was $180,000.00. Ive personally bought and sold many properties in my lifetime, also hired and trained new agents. Byron is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with -- and I've worked with realtors in three different states for both personal residence and investment property. Byron has assisted me in both buying and selling so I have seen his work on both sides.Byron knows real estate much better than most realtors do. Most realtors can manage the process well -- that's what they are trained to do.
