We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Byron Hatcher. We were looking to relocate to Tennessee from California and ran across a recently listed property on Zillow that connected us to Byron. During that first phone call at 8am TN time, we knew instantly that he was the one for us. Within 3 hours of that phone call, he managed to set up a virtual aEURoewalk-throughaEUR? of the home, making us the first to see it as it had literally hit the market the night before. The house was beautiful, and we knew it was going to move quickly and obtain multiple offers. Byron did not only suggest that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us: HE WROTE IT FOR US! He asked us questions about ourselves and our children and presented it to the buyers in such a way that they selected us even though they had another offer for the same amount.He is honest and hands-on and kept us in the loop during every step of our home buying process. As new residents in the area, he was able to provide referrals to landscapers, painters, and other services that we were looking for. Even after the closing of our home purchase, we ran into an issue where a company did not want to honor the aEURoewarranty transfer of ownershipaEUR? for a special window that had been previously installed and needed repairing. The previous owner reported this need for repair during escrow but the companys repair department had not been able to schedule their visit during that same timeframe. Fast forward to us as the new homeowners, the company claimed that the warranty transfer fee had not been paid and so the warranty was void; yet an email existed between the previous homeowner and the company agreeing to have the window fixed. In steps Byron, who contacted the company, and managed to get them to agree to honor the warranty, saving us over $1200 in repair fees!We highly recommend Mr. Byron Hatcher to anyone needing a real estate agent that is responsive, honorable and will treat you like family!

I have used Byron twice but no more. His communications are slow. Contract amendments will be a day or two late. He does not communicate items like backhoes digging up your yard for inspections, you have to call him to find out what is going on. I have been in the real estate investments for 30 years and he has been one of the worst I dealt with from a communications standpoint.
