ZillowByron was the second agent I worked with during my home buying journey in a very competitive market. Switching to him as my agent was game changer. He is honest, trustworthy, knowledgable and sticks up for his clients. My purchase and contract negotiations were very challenging due to seller difficulties, but he did whatever he could to minimize my stress and make sure I enjoyed the process, even when it seemed like we'd never close. Byron even stepped up and spoke with the seller when they attempted to take out their frustrations with their own agent on me. He's great at de-escalating and calming nerves. It was very relieving to have him on my team. I knew I was in good hands from start to end, and have already recommended him to help my sister and brother-in-law find a home for them and my two nephews.
ZillowI'm a first time buyer thinking the process was going to be difficult. Yes it was a bit of a longer process than I thought but him and his team made it as seamless as possible. We started looking and he somehow knew what I didnt know I was looking for. I also thought buying was never going to be an option for me. Impossible even. But they made it happen. Here I am sitting in my new home grateful that I was able to work with an awesome team that helped make my dream a reality. Highly highly recommend.
ZillowByron helped me find a house within weeks. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to go see my now new home! He explained the process in detail and what to expect next. The documentation process was quick and simple to review and sign. He communicated very well with me in every step of the way. If I had any questions or concerns he will call me right away to discuss. Overall he was amazing and I am so happy I got to work with him to find my new home !
ZillowByron made the entire home buying process feel as comfortable as possible. I am a first time homebuyer at 82 yrs old and have been waiting a long time to be ready to make my first purchase. I'm so happy I had someone like Byron guiding me along the way. I would highly recommend him if you truly want an agent who has your best interests in mind. Thank you Byron!
ZillowByron was great to work with throughout the entire process of buying a house. My experience was by no means normal for a first time purchase. I heard the phrase, "I have never seen that before", many times from multiple people involved with the purchase. Byron went above and beyond to make the experience as easy for me as possible, despite the multiple rough patches we ran into. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had and was great at any negotiations that were needed. I am more than happy to continue working with him in the future.
ZillowThis is the 3rd property we have purchased within the last 4 years. Without the guidance, support, flexibility, understanding, and true selflessness of Byron DeLeon, I would doubt the first sentence could be true. We started our journey in 2016 and the support and commitment Byron has demonstrated time and time again has helped to cement a partnership for life. Real Estate is a "sales" business. To be able to work with a Realtor who can transform the "sales transaction" into a life experience is truly remarkable. Never at any point during this most recent purchase or the two prior purchases before it did we ever feel alone or without direction. Every step of the process was broken down in terms we could understand which made it extremely easier to deal with the natural stress that automatically comes with the home buying process. We have Zero worries when we are guided by Byron. The team Byron has in place with a Financial Coach with MAC20 Coaching to make sure clients are financially ready to make the purchase of a lifetime, to the mortgage banker who makes sure the best loan is in place, to the Home Inspector that analyzes your property so you can appreciate your investment, and lastly to the attorney who keeps your best interests at heart, we are well taken care of. I can't wait to write the next review when the next opportunity comes along to purchase property number 4. Without question, we will once again call upon Byron DeLeon to help us accomplish our goals.
ZillowI was a 1st time home buyer and I could not have asked for better agent by my side. The responsiveness and expertise provided me with the comfort and reassurance I needed at times. We looked at several places and always that great service and attitude. The constant communication and full transparency with the entire process made it so I never felt in the dark or uncertain. Will finitely turn to Byron Deleon when making my next purchase.
ZillowByron DeLeon is hands down the best! He would always be in touch with us to make sure things are going forward with the home purchase. He is professional when narrowing down homes that best fitted our checklist. Best of all, he is bilingual (Spanish). I highly recommend him.
ZillowThanks byron for the fast and easy close, and thanks for always being helpful and taking our late night calls and always being ready to assist! In addition Byron also helped with all the questions we had as we had to leave our previous home. He helped find us a loan and was there with us insuring we got approved and how fast we can get it done!
ZillowByron helped me purchase my first home. He answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure I understood the home buying process. He made sure I was pleased and comfortable with the property and process. Once we found a property, he was very aggressive to get the ball rolling. Closing went quick and smooth. He contacted me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied.
