Review In a home buyers market short on supply that met our requirements, Buzzs knowledge of the local market, and insights he gleaned from local real estate professionals was very instrumental in helping us find a home and make a winning offer to purchase. Throughout our entire home purchasing experience Buzz provided timely, experienced and helpful advice and input. He was always quick to respond to any inquiries with honest detailed input that ultimately lead to a successful purchase and closing on our new home. Even after the close Buzzs recommendations of experienced, top local contractors has proven invaluable.

Review Buzz put together a beautiful portfolio for the sale of our home and guided us skillfully through what we needed to do to sell our home. We expected to wait months for an offer on our high priced home but within two weeks we had an offer on our home that was acceptable. We had two separate appraisals of our property which were very close to each other and the offer was within the two appraisals. We would certainly recommend Buzz, especially for high end properties. He has an excellent handle on market value and how to get the most out of your property.

Review After interviewing several realtors, we chose Buzz Mackintosh because he was the only one who saw the wonderful potential in a 100+ year old house. He supported us in every way possible; went above and beyond what one could expect from a realtor. I would certainly recommend him, without hesitation.

Review Buzz helped us through the process of selling our mothers house. Years ago he helped to sell my brothers house. In both cases, his knowledge of the local market trends, detailed research into comparable homes, guidance on updates and repairs and patience with us was spot on. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home in the area.

Review During my first meeting with Buzz, he explained the strategy he thought we should use to sell the house. That strategy worked very well for us. Buzz showed his experience. professionalism, and knowledge by getting the house sold quickly. He also kept us well informed during the selling process. If you want a Realtor with experience contact Buzz Mackintosh.

Review As a local, born and raised in this area, Buzz knows Frederick and Montgomery County better than anyone. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, as is the entire Mackintosh team. He is not pushy and will take as much time as you need to find the house that fits your family best. Buzz is very engaged through the entire process, helping to coordinate inspections and providing referrals for post sale services such as painters etc. I highly recommend Buzz and the team at Mackintosh!

Review I have worked with Buzz multiple times over the last 25 years. It is my opinion Buzz has a better understanding of the Frederick market than any other real estate agent I have spoken with. Buzz is a very hard working person, who returns phone calls, anytime, any day, and is willing to go the extra mile to get the deal done. His opinions are honest and straight forward, and I feel he has always worked in my best interest . Richard Hankey /JVHLLC

Review He seemed to have a very good feel for what the real estate market was at the time we were buying. There were several times we would ask his opinion about the price of a home, and he would say it was too high, and within a couple weeks, sure enough, the asking price of the home came down into the range our agent said it should be. Also, while he would answer whatever questions we had, he allowed us to develop our own opinion of a home, without telling us what we should think of it. He was willing to communicate in whatever way best suited us, whether it be via e-mail, phone, or in person. My wife and I would definitely use him again if we were to make another real estate transaction.

Review We were new to the Montgomery/Frederick County area. Buzz's in-depth knowledge of the market place, local real estate processes and paperwork, and advice on desirable property characteristics for the area were invaluable. He was very responsive to our questions and needs and is very well connected and respected in the community. He assisted us in acquiring a property before it came on the market, and while he represented us as the buyers, he also was very effective in facilitating communications between us and the seller. We are pleased to give Buzz our highest recommendation.

Review Buzz sold us the home originally 22 years ago, and has helped several of my family members purchase homes, so naturally we turned to him for the sale of the home. He really went above and beyond to help facilitate the sale of the home, and we highly recommend him for purchasing OR for selling a new home!

Review Buzz is one of the most experienced, professional Realtors in Frederick County. His local knowledge and reputation in the Realtor community are unmatched. In the middle of July in a slow economy we listed our home with Buzz. He immediately called some fellow Realtors who he'd heard might have clients interested in the neighborhood, resulting in a showing the next day and a contract almost immediately thereafter. Experience and connections are priceless and Buzz has both.

Review My fiancee and I were shopping for our first homes and were recommended Buzz by several friends and family. From the first time we met, he seemed very interested in getting to know us to help him better find a home that would fit what we were looking for. Buzz frequently sent us new homes that came on the market in our price range and specifications. He was more than willing to meet with us over the weekends to go visit any houses we were interested in. Ultimately, he found the perfect home for my now wife and I to start our lives together. We couldn't be happier with the service that Buzz provided.
