Burt was very knowledge about the Peninsula market and help us craft our offers in a very thoughtful way. He has excellent insight into the local market. He was not "salesy" and we never felt pushed into something that was not right for us. That was a very important characteristic for us in determining the the realtor we wanted to partner with. He was also very helpful in helping us think about what repairs would be needed as we looked at homes and ballpark the cost. Once we got under contract, he helped us get quotes from vendors right away and even took the time to meet with them himself as he knew my wife and I had difficulty getting out of the office. Overall, I would highly recommend.
