ZillowVERIFIED Burgandy was amazing to work with! She was always responsive, kept us informed, and answered every question quickly. What really stood out was her hustleaEUR"shes constantly working and using different marketing strategies to get your home maximum exposure. Before working with her, our home sat on the market for 6 months with another agent and only had 2 showings. With her, the difference was immediateaEUR"more visibility, more interest, and real activity right away. Best of all, we got the price we wanted. I'm so grateful for her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

ZillowVERIFIED Guy and I are very pleased with the work Burgandy did for us. She went out of her way to make sure the purchase of the land went smoothly, since we don't live in Florida. When we were in Florida, looking for land, she listen to us so she fully knew what we were looking for. She, also showed us around the community . I would recommend anyone to have her as your agent.

Burgandy was quick to answer all every question we had. I cannot wait until my daughters buy their homes so they can have her as their agent as well. Burgandy made sure every detail and base was covered from start to finish including delivering our paper work to us after the sale was complete . Burgandy thank you so much for being so amazing and making our first home purchase a wonderful experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Burgandy is amazing. She had a buyer for some property I owned the first day I spoke to her about it. Then when buying a home she stuck by me through several failed offers until we found a house that suited my needs. After waiting and waiting the offer was accepted. She helped throughout the process from finding a lender and offering suggestions for home inspections, surveyors, insurance agents, and everything I could have ever needed. The closing process had several rough spots due to title problems but she pushed through to get the sale. Very thankful for her diligence to help me buy this home.

ZillowVERIFIED Burgandy was very helpful in the process of purchasing land. She met with me onsite to discuss property and go over offer paperwork. Buying the property was quick and simple, the closing agency she used helped us close the deal from home as the property was far away and we were unable to close in person. In all we were very satisfied with the transaction and will contact her if we need realtor services in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED We were very pleased with the level of service Burgandy provided in helping us close on two parcels in Dixie County. Each property came with it's own unique set of circumstances and challenges with the seller's - however, Burgandy really came through, where she was able to navigate the issues with each! Communication was both timely and clear. I have continued to work with Burgandy on several other opportunities and would be confident in recommending her to any potential buyer or seller.
