The Real Luxury real estate duo of Bunny Terry and Adam Parent are the Best of Santa Fe! They really listened to the reasons why I believed my newly remodeled home could fetch top dollar. They did the research, slightly challenged the price I wanted to list my home for, and backed up their proposed pricing with cold hard facts. Once I read the facts, it was undeniable that I would have asked too much for my home given the history of sales in the area and I would have priced my home beyond what the market would bear.
