The Real Luxury real estate duo of Bunny Terry and Adam Parent are the Best of Santa Fe! They really listened to the reasons why I believed my newly remodeled home could fetch top dollar. They did the research, slightly challenged the price I wanted to list my home for, and backed up their proposed pricing with cold hard facts. Once I read the facts, it was undeniable that I would have asked too much for my home given the history of sales in the area and I would have priced my home beyond what the market would bear. I agreed that their pricing was more in line, but it was still a reach, however we all agreed it was doable. Once I signed with Adam & Bunny, they went right to work getting stunning photographs, videos, and aerial footage of the home and property. Adam even took it upon himself to fix our mailbox that wasnt standing exactly straight up! Adam also went out of his way to hold an open house every single weekend that the house was on the market! Within 34 days, and just a couple of days after the presidential election, we had a full price cash offer with an additional offer made for the entire contents of the home!
