She was super friendly and we started talking about buying vs renting and how we didn't think he had enough $$ for a 20% down payment, and so on. She took the time to talk with us about buyer's options that we didn't know existed and told us we should give Heath Hall a call. This was on a Saturday. On Sunday I text Heath and said "NO NEED TO GET BACK WITH US TIL MONDAY DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS", but we want to talk to you about a home loan! Within a few hours, he called me, gathered a bit of history, asked what we were looking for and sent us a link to an application. He provided a list of required documents he would need and said if you can get this to me tonight, I should have an answer for you tomorrow! WHAT?!~~that's crazy, but he remained true to his word, answering email well into the evening and early Monday morning, answering and placing calls to Bunni on our behalf. We are both self-employed, that creates a whole different ball game, but Heath knew the right steps to take and was able to get our loan to an underwriter that afternoon. We had approval on an FHA loan within a day, we were so grateful! So we called Bunni that night and told her we found a property, perfect location, close to our kids! She set it up for us to see within a few hours. We LOVED the location/home/pool/yard and knew it would go fast! We told Bunni we wanted to make an offer, she gave us great advice and we listened to her. We bit our nails off for 24 hours while the seller entertained another offer, but with Bunni's perfect advice on the offer, we got the house. Bunni is so knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to answer all my "DUMB" questions, and she knows the ST PETE area and the real estate business better than anyone we've ever met! Although we have not closed yet (MAY 31), I anticipate closing to go as smoothly as everything else has so far. We still can't believe this is happening and are eternally grateful for stumbling into Bunni that day!
