ZillowWe recently sold our home with the help of Bud Caruso, whom we would like to highly recommend to anyone wishing to purchase or sell a home in the Crete and surrounding area. Bud is absolutely awesome (I know that this is a catch phrase but awesome is the proper word!) who has been in realty for decades and it ?shows? in his incredibly professional manner. Bud understands the ?ins and outs? of every aspect of the ?deal? and he is an advocate for his clients every step of the way. He gives solid advise based on his complete and well researched understanding of market trends and he stays focussed on all the details. Bud also responds in a very timely manner to every aspect of the ?deal? and communicates regularly with you, the client. We really cannot say enough about how impressed we were with Bud?s services. If you are looking for someone you can thoroughly trust and who walks with you every step of the way, then your search has ended with Bud Caruso! He is absolutely the BEST!
ZillowI was so lucky to find Bud when I was buying my first home. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, professional and incredibly responsive. I?ll be honest, I had no idea what I was doing but he was so helpful and made the process fun! A few years later my fiance was ready to put his house on the market so I recommended Bud. He met with us at home, which was so convenient. Within 2 days the house was under contract for asking price. It was painless! He?s an absolutely great guy to work with.
ZillowBud is a great person and real estate agent. He helped us greatly in the sale of our home. We will be using him again and would recommend him to others.
ZillowBud was an amazing realtor! I was a first time home buyer and he was so thorough, honest about everything, always kept me informed and a very nice person! Highly recommend Bud!
ZillowBut was very responsive and you the best people to help! After the first dream home slipped away, I was concerned. But that next dream home came and Bud was ON TOP of it! He seemed genuinely concerned and for that we are very appreciative. Thank you for helping us become first-time homeowners!
ZillowBud is the most amazing real estate agent. He is not only professional and knowledgeable, his expertise is topnotch. He was patient with us and always looked out for our best interest. Then sold us the perfect house. He is not only our real estate agent we will consider him a friend for life. Highly recommend him. FIVE STARS+.
ZillowBud is amazing! He was so prompt and informative with answering all our questions, and he made the close of our first house go so smoothly. We are extremely lucky to have found Bud, and will continue to use him with all of our future real-estate needs. Bud truly is the BEST!!!
ZillowBud was dedicated to us and worked with our crazy schedules throughout the house hunting process. He was genuine, honest and easy going. My fiance and I were very happy with his response time any time we had a question or concern. I would recommend him to anyone searching for a home.
ZillowBud really worked hard to find us exactly what it was we were looking for. He knows the area very well and he takes the time to point out red flags, his years of experience really shined. He always kept in contact and answered all our questions promptly.
ZillowI cant speak enough of the value of Bud Carusos expertise, responsiveness, and professionalism in the tipsy turvy world of real estate. I bought my first home with Bud over ten years ago. In the years since; Bud has been instrumental in guiding my wife and I through the trials and tribulations of buying, selling, leasing, and managing properties. Buds wealth of information and tenacious spirit speak volumes of Buds care and concern for his clients needs and wants. Bud will always return a phone call and make himself available for a showing no matter the circumstance. Bud Caruso has the patience of a saint and will always give you the straight scoop. Pound for pound; Bud Caruso is the strongest Realtor/Broker in the region.
ZillowBud is everything good in Real Estate. Sometimes buying and selling can be very scary and stressful Bud takes the edge off of all of that. Offers assurance, support, knowledge, and creativity in making the experience a successful one. Bud comes through with what he promises, thats what matters the most!
ZillowBud was our agent when we were selling our home in Illinois and helped us rent it out for a few months, while it was being showed. He went well above and beyond what I would expect from a real estate agent. His expertise, responsiveness, creativity, and understanding are truly amazing. We interviewed and worked with various real estate agents in other states to sell/buy properties and without a doubt I would rate Bud as A++++++.
ZillowWe were very pleased with the professionalism of Bud Caruso when he was our realtor. We have used him several times in the buying of 2 homes and selling of 3 homes. He was so patient with us when we were trying to find that right house. Bud was very knowledgeable in the buying and selling of a home. He knows how and what questions to ask leaving no questions unanswered. It was a wonderful experience working with Bud and I know if we ever move back to the Chicago area there is no doubt he is the realtor we would use. So if anyone is looking for a great realtor that knows how to get the job done then Bud Caruso is the one to contact. You will not be disappointed.
