View lot, called Cara and expressed my interests. Cara sent documentation a few days later. I signed documents electronically. Cara arranged closing date; 33 days after a viewing the lot I closed on lot despite some issues with the seller. Great experience.

She listened to all our needs and told us she would start sending us listings immediately, which she did. She also referred us to an apartment complex once we moved out here to get us settled so we could get our kids into the school we wanted while we searched for our home. She took us to many listings (many in an understatement) and she was patient and we enjoyed her company. I would definitely recommend her and her team to anyone. She is fantastic.

Very flexible about showing homes, we had no trouble setting up days/times for viewings.....she was really game for anything. She showed my mother-in-law and I many properties before my mother-in-law chose which home would work best for her. We placed an offer, had one negotiation, & closed the deal within 3 weeks. Even after the deal was closed Cara was available to answer a few questions we had about the property & homeowners association (not her fault the information wasn't given initially, the selling agent was supposed to relay the information). She was always professional & an overall nice person to work with. I would highly recommend her to a friend or family member looking for an agent.
