ZillowVERIFIED Bryson was great to work with. Even took me to see one more house at 7:30 in the evening so I can make a final decision on which house to put an offer on. Works quickly and efficiently and definitely hustles because everything is time sensitive in home buying. Highly recommended and thank you so much, Bryson!

ZillowVERIFIED We were moving from out of the area into Fairfield and needed someone who wouldnt mind having to cram as many home tours into alone day. Its not easy serving clients from out of town who only give you a day to show them homes that meet their expectations. Bryson handled our familys needs with ease and lots of positivity and managed to do exactly that twice. He is very honest and has a keen eye for details. He has done a lot of home improvement on his own place so he also has great foresight into a homes potential and taking it to the next level. Very happy with the service we received and having it result in a successful home match for our family.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryson did an excellent job helping me find my home. He was very knowledgeable of the areas and neighborhoods I was intersted in. He helped me navigate the "needs" versus the "wants". He was there to weigh the pros and cons of each property with an upbeat perspective and humor. I often equated him with having an "older brother" mentality. He always looked out for my best interest, kept things real and in perspecive as well as helped however he could during the negotiation process. He was willing to take care of anything that needed to be handled with the sellers. He was always available and would text or call to check in and discuss options. He was a pleasure to work with and I am so glad to have him right beside me during the Rollercoaster that is homebuying these days. He takes the stress out of being a first time homebuyer and made the process fun. I'd recommend him to everyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryson was outstanding. He went out of his way to help us find our home. His promptness and flexibility is most appreciated. He contacted us right away after our interest in the property. We dealt with other local property management and Bryson is the one I would recommend to my friends and family. Thank you again.

ZillowVERIFIED Bryson was quick to respond, unlike several other agents/listings I applied to, which I appreciate given my position in sales. Without coming off as arrogant, I would say I was well qualified for the houses we applied to and hardly received any responses, even if just to say they had applications pending or other there was something that didnt work based on the info in my app. I was notified Bryson opened my Zillow app shortly after applying, he called and texted to reach out while I was at work. I dont answer unknown calls often so a text was perfect. We were invited to view the home same day, and we were enamored. Weve been looking for the right place for several months given our expanding family and were to the point of looking outside of Vacaville given our experience. I guess timing is everything in life! I checked listings first thing every morning, I glanced by at this one during my morning routine and my wife shared the listing shortly after I left for work. I applied, was quickly put into the process, had my questions answered promptly and confidently and was able to enthusiastically determine this was the home for us. Based on my experience I believe Bryson is successful for a reason and trust my experience in this home and with his company will be sensational.
